Dan and Doug in the Holy Land - Doug's Tent
After getting off the plane, Dan and Doug were given a tent to set up. Doug being stronger took it, and they carried the stuff into their desert camp site with the rest of the class.
The campsite is pretty small. Dan stands around looking weak and pathetic. The desert is rather desolate, although the ground is covered with a wonderfully pleasant yellow layer of sand. A few yards away is the dining tent.
The tent is large and heavy. It looks rather difficult to set up.
Doug gives a long look at Dan and gives him the tent. "Dan, you're gonna put the tent up, I'm too busy." After a few objections, Dan accepts his duty.
Dan continues working on the tent. He has a bitter look on his weak face. The work will do him good.
Doug, being hungry marches towards the dining tent, hoping to score a early dinner.
The dining tent is beautiful. Doug immediately identifies with the value of good food service, even on an educational experience. Without food the mind cannot function properly. The sheff named Ed is standing over a large vat. The vat is full of some strange steaming sauce. The ground is set with a cloth for everyone to eat on. There are nice American forks on the ground, along with cups. The campsite is nearby.
Ed is a crabby looking man
Doug sneakily grabs a cup. Ed doesn't notice.
Ed bussily sturs the sauce and Doug manages to grab a fork from the ground.
"Can I have some sauce," asked Doug.
"You can't have any!" yelled Ed.

Doug begins to scream as he waves his fork at Ed, and charges him. Ed is completely suprized by this and runs away screaming in his native tounge.
Doug dips his cup into the vat and fills it with sauce.
Doug marches back to the campsite.
Dan has assembled the tent. It looks pathetic. Dan is sulking next to it, he looks hungry and whines about how long dinner is from now.
Doug walked up to Dan and hands him the cup of sauce. "Here, Dan," said Doug.
"Thanks man," said Dan. Dan gulped it down and was very grateful. Doug was pleased because he didn't have to put up the tent, but felt alieved of the guilt since he fed Dan.

Dan and Doug slept well together in the tent that night, with a renewed feeling of comradeship. The End.
